C-Rep Participant, Thank you for your past participation in the Cartridge Recycling for Environmental Protection (“C-Rep”) program. We worked well together over the years in increasing the number of printer cartridges and cellular telephones that were recycled. Increases in shipping costs, fuel costs, and processing costs have caused this program to become financially untenable. Pursuant to the above factors, the C-Rep program will be discontinued, effective immediately. We will no longer accept shipments containing recycled printer cartridges and / or cellular telephones.
